All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required upfront. No refunds will be issued once payment is made (see our No Refund Policy). - Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide honest, accurate information and to take full responsibility for your actions and decisions before, during, and after coaching. - Intellectual Property
All content on this site (including PDFs, resources, branding, and logos) is the property of Hope Forward Coaching. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission. - Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We invest significant time, resources, and personalized attention into each client interaction. If you have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing. Exceptions may only be made under extreme circumstances and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
